Preferred Customer Agreement

With the Preferred Customer Agreement (PCA) you can protect yourself and your home and avoid frustrating plumbing problems. With the PCA you are automatically eligible for the value rates for either a 12-month 24- month or 36-month period depending on the plan you choose.
